What are photoelectric smoke alarms?

New legislation rolled out by the Queensland Government have been put into place for your safety and the safety of your family. The new legislation requires that all new or renovated residential properties that have been approved after 01 January 2017 must have a photoelectric smoke alarm system installed that is interconnected.
